Hey, I'm Kim!
I founded MarketingOvation because I saw the tides of marketing shifting. With AI reshaping how we work, companies can do more with fewer people—but they still need bold, curious leaders to explore technology, translate it to new situations, and ask "what if." We'll need people who will dive in and watch for air bubbles, who will gut check the output, and those who will keep human creativity alive.
With over 20 years of experience across industries from healthcare to high-tech, I help organizations take bold new directions or simply do more with less. My approach blends storytelling, strategy, and innovation—always starting with the call to action and building everything from there.

With a career spanning startups, enterprise organizations, and nonprofits, I thrive on driving strategy, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions that deliver measurable results. I’m known for turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans and empowering teams to exceed expectations through innovative, empathetic leadership.
I’ve led cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption, streamline integrations, and strengthen relationships with senior leaders in supply chain and technology. Proficient across Salesforce, eCommerce/Shopify, CRM, PowerBI, Adobe Creative Suite, and more, I apply agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

First Project
Jess and Kim met in 2019 while tackling the high-stakes world of a healthcare tech start-up serving older adults and those with special needs. As leaders of operations and marketing, they attacked challenging projects from building influential national partnerships to creating the next phase go-to-market plan which included reaching the general public via a television series. Through their dynamic partnership, they discovered not only a shared drive for solving complex problems but also a rare professional alliance built on mutual respect and complementary talents.

Today, Jess and Kim continue to build on their project management and marketing strengths through their work helping businesses bridge gaps and harness the power of AI to drive marketing efficiency.
